Is it true that if you apply to UC that you'll get into at least one?

If you didn't get into Davis, UCSD or UCI, it's not looking good for Cal. Sorry. If you're in the top 9% or so of your cl, you should be able to get in to *some* UC campus, but not necessarily the one you want.
