Good cake decorators/bakers in Chesapeake, Va?

Okay, so my daughters 6th birthday is coming up, and i can actually afford to throw a party this year, And whats a party without the cake? Lol . So for people who live in Chesapeake or the surrounding areas, what are some talented, not outrageously expensive, cake decorators/bakers? I can cook and bake, but i can't decorate at all, and this has to be special for my girl (:
