I'm looking for a dentist in Birmingham (UK) who does tooth filing (not a filling but file my tooth down!)

My front 4 teeth are slightly wonky and gradually getting worse and ive been told my two options are either a brace or crowns both costing well over �1000 which I cant afford! Someone mentioned to me that some dentists can simply file your teeth down around the sides which is a cheaper method.
