How can I train my new 1.5 year old cat to not eat all her food at once?

I got my new kitty Jayde about 2 weeks ago but when i feed her she eats all the food I feed her with in 20-30 minutes of me putting her food in here bowl. She came from a shelter and she had ear mites and now has a URI but she is recovering from both just fine. Anyone have any suggestions?
