How do i get rid of hand scar?

Ok i am NOT EMO!!!...I am no longer this chicks friend right so like i wrote Brenda suks on my hand....Just out of the boredom....The scared letters are just below my thumb in the middle of my index finger and my thumb on top of my hand....And well i want to take it off...I did it with a needle clip....How and when will it heal???
