Engine stalling?

Well last year was easy, I was good at soccer and my weekends were free. Yellow jacket sting help?

I have been stung by yellow jackets and wasps before (I am in Southeast US) and have not had any allergy probs, but my mother was alergic enough to need an epi pen to prevent shock. I have not been stung in over ten years until yesterday. About 24 hrs ago I got stung by 3 yellow jackets and apparently am ok, except that one stung me in my forearm and it is still very swollen and painful. It stung me on about 3/4 of the way between wrist and elbow on the top or distal side of my arm. Now, my whole area between the sting site and my elbow is very swollen all the way around and it is achy in my elbow joint. I am sure the pain is from the swelling but is this serious? It seems to have a good bit of heat in it. Should I go to a doctor? I have not treated it at all and am going to take some Benadryl I think. I did not take any Benadryl yesterday because a friend had died and we were drinking at his wake and I didn't know if it would be good to be drinking on Benadryl- question again- I do not feel drowsy taking Benadryl, but is it safe to drink on it? Is this sting going to get worse-it has been 24+hrs? I should be ok, right.

My bird bit me.?

He's a young bird, he's just exploring. My conure uses her beak to pull herself onto my finger sometimes, and that's harder than what I would call a nibble but she isn't doing it to hurt me. She's using it like a branch. I don't mind, I just tell her be gentle and she's starting to get it. But when your bird shows frustration and you make a mistake and then he bites, you grab his beak if possible, between your thumb and pointer finger knuckle and you say no, firmly. Then put him in his cage for time out. Birds are actually pretty intelligent, even budgies are smarter than a cat or dog. So they can actually understand time out. So putting him in his cage for 2-3 minutes over time will help with the firm grab of the beak and the verbal No. When he play bites, young birds do this to test limits and explore tell him be gentle and rmeove your finger. Let him nibble on you to preen you and test you out but when he starts to get harder tell him be easy. if he doens't listen and he bites harder grab his beak, tell him no, and time out. After awhile he'll catch on. You gotta start discipline right away so you prevent older birds from biting. Babies usually don't hurt as bad.

I got my new kitty Jayde about 2 weeks ago but when i feed her she eats all the food I feed her with in 20-30 minutes of me putting her food in here bowl. She came from a shelter and she had ear mites and now has a URI but she is recovering from both just fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

How come christianity isn't working for me?

I have been going to church for 5 years. I converted to catholicism a year ago and I thought maybe that was what was missing. I just feel like Christianity really brings me down. I just don't get it because i have been fighting my skepticism for five years here and it has been a roller coaster. I never feel full and it just isn't making sense. I just want some christianity to explain these things to me. How come god turns some people into looneys and not others? i have a problem with a 1997 ford f150 transmission. 4.6 4x4 4sd auto w/elec overdrive eo4d. redline synthetic & inline filter 87k. just started to leak 4-5oz out of the bell housing inspection hole but the oil is not being slung by the torqe converter/flex plate i.e. not from the front main oil seal. i have the out and the seal is perfect. could it be a cracked case or the seal between the oil pump and the housing??? I went to my doctor for a regular physical last week, and had some blood work done and my thyroid has always been on the high-normal side, and finally the tests from last week came back abnormal. I've been heavy my entire life and recently have gained another 45 lbs over the course of about a year or so. I'm 21 years old and my doctor put me on 25 mcg of levothyroxine. She told me that I will experience some weight loss but I want to know if its going to be significant or just like a few pounds, and how does it work? This is supposed to FIX my metabolism right? I caught my bf cheating on line by posting a personals profile and browsing for other women so I confronted him about it and he said he wasn't cheating-just preparing to break up, but he cares a lot about me and wishes we could be friends. I don't need him to do those things but I do get treated differently by my child's school being single(they just about tripped all over him when he came with my daughter and I to her choir concert and have been nice to my child since, instead of picking on her as they usually did) The same is true at activities for kids where other women clutch tightly to their husbands and are downright rude when they find out I am single, as if I were a predator prowling for their husbands. I have just installed two new light fittings in my lounge which are compatible for a dimmer switch but when I removed the old two way light switch there were three red wires coming from the inside of the walls leading to Right side L2 L1 and Left side L2 there was also a wire which was also red which was not connected to the wall in any way but just looped from R side L1 to L side L2. I duplicated this in the dimmer switch but nothing happened. The earth wire is connected to the inside of the box itself therefore the switch doesnt need earthing. When I put the new lights in there were old electrical wires in the ceiling. In one was a red and a black wire, which I connected and the light worked from the old switch in the other there was two black wires and a red which when connected to the new light worked. Where am I going wrong with the dimmer? It has eight connection holes, four on either side L then a blank the N then another blank. I wired it the same as the original switch.

Moderate shoulder pain, seeking answers?

I have moderate shoulder pain that originated around the pressure point beneath my left shoulder blade and is now radiating up my neck and down my left arm for two days. My arm had a tingly feeling and feels weak. I have some mobility, but not full range of motion without a tinge. It's mostly in my left side and also hurts sometimes when I walk,move my head, etc. I have had muscle sprains before and this is very different with the shooting pain. I have fractured my sternum about 3 years ago and the pain (albeit less), is familiar. I'm considering seeing my doctor or chiropractor about this issue as it is not getting better nor worse. I wake up extremely stiff and my hand currently is twitchy and shaky. I'm left handed and it's on this side so it's hard for me. I also have trouble sleeping...could this be a muscle tear, strain or something more?

Couple of questions?

How far into a pregnancy do you typically start to lactate?? I'm 8 1/2 weeks and I think I might start lactating. There was a whiteish film coming off of my nipple today while I was in the shower, so being inquisitive I wanted to get a better look. When I did that my hand filled with water and I could see little air bubbles. Is that a sign of lactation?? Is there anything to help not show lactation?? Is it harmful for my blue parrotlett, Goliath, to be "in love" with one of my atiels?

Goliath is the only parrotlett in our flock of 7 atiels. With 3 males and 4 females, my little Goliath has picked the un-attached female as his. I let them all out together, most of the time, and Goliath has been wooing little Rupertina, for about a year, now. He always sits beside her, and will run off any male that comes too close to her. He tries to get her to preen him, but she just ignors him. She seems to have warmed up to him in the last couple of months, at least she will choose to sit beside him instead of trying to move away from him. She likes his cage, too. She will go to it and sit there and eat from there, as well. We keep a close eye on all of the birds when they are out, and we have never seen any aggression from any of the birds. Goliath, just chases the males away from Rupertina, he has never attacked any bird. Is this relationship something I should be worried about?

The little doll, probably the size of the current Barbie Peek-a-boo dolls, sat on top of the doll house wearing a dress that covered the entire doll house. Help! Question about possible UTI caused by ?

My boyfriend and I recently started having a few months ago for the first time. Everything was going good until a few weeks ago, I spent the night at his house and came home in the morning and went pee and it hurt. My symptoms were that it burned when I was just sitting around after I went and it was very uncomfortable and it felt like I had to pee a lot all the time but when I went barley any came out. I looked up symptoms and it sounded like Urinary tract infection and I found out it could happen from having . So I think thats what it is. It only lasted for that day though and it went away and I was fine. But a few weeks later right now, I went through the same thing. Spent the night, had , came home went pee and the symptoms are back but worse than before. I feel pretty good today but all yesterday I was in pain. I went to get AZO and that helped. There was a very small amount of blood in my urine yesterday and I know that can come with UTI's. But now that im getting better, im wondering if I should still see a doctor because I read untreated it can cause kidney problems. The problem is I dont want to go to the doctor with my mom and tell them ive been having even though I know they will keep it a secret...could I just avoid having for a while and everything be good again? or if im fine and i wait a few months and i have sex again its just gonna come back....idk what to do :[ please help! thanks!

How do i calibrate the milliamp reading for an actuator on a caterpiller 3512?

I tried to callibrate the actuator reading on a CAT 3512 by ajusting the linkage on the actuator, my initial value out of my AC module was 79 mA, after several tries i was able to get it down to 65 mA but ran out of treds. Is there any other thing i should be doing to get it between 36 - 50? Please help

Can I legally make a will at age 16 in Manatee county? If I die, I don't want my sister getting a single penny of my $300k. She always snitches on me. My question is can I make a will at my age? As for the 'style' of poetry, I am not sure, Hardy used several techniques throughout the poem to make the reader have a feeling of emphasis and presence. Will an unprogrammed transponder key work as ignition key if a programmed key is installed with remote start?

This would be a great question to ask a good lock-smith. I do know for a fact that the ignition key will have to match the cars security codes before it will start the car. I would think you could use any key as the key you would give up to your remote start system, since all it does is start your car, right? What I don't understand is why they want to charge you $60 to program your key. The way I understand it, the keys are all pre-programed and can't be changed (at least they are for my Buick), they just cut you a new key that matches your existing one. The only time they should charge you to reprogram anything, is if you lost ALL of your keys and they had to reprogram your cars security system to match the new ones. Like I said, a good lock-smith will be able to answer this question for sure and guide you down the right path.

Barn-Sour and Rein-Problem horse?

If i'm riding in the pasture, walking is OK. It's when i'm trotting and loping. Trotting is some difficulty turning and keeping straight; it's loping that's the HUGE problem. He can't go 5 seconds loping and going straight without turning around and going full-blast gallop back home. I never let him win with that-I pull real hard back on the reins (because he won't respond just normally pulling back while going fast) and after a few seconds he'll stop. Another thing for turning. If I just pull normally to turn (this happens when I'm sometimes trotting; always loping or accidental galloping), his head will turn, but not the rest of his body! It's weird! He'll just keep going straight with his head to the side. After like 6-10 seconds he'll finally do it (most of the time) HE WON'T TURN WHEN I ASK, BUT WHEN I DON'T ASK TO TURN, HE DOES IT!!! AND I'VE NEVER SEEN HIM GO STRAIGHT-HE ALWAYS TURNS! Please help.

Now jump(see if your better at the peak of your jump or before you reach the peak of your jump. I'm better if I release before my peak, and I don't jump that high because I have long arms.) Keep practicing this and you'll find the release that agrees with you the most. Definitely go with the Rome. It looks like you're going to be in the park a lot, and a Rome board is never a bad choice. The Rome also has a sintered base which is much better than Burton's extruded. Bottom line, the Rome gives you more for your money, I'd take that one without question.

The CHEAPEST macaw that you are going to find will be $1000 if you're lucky! Unless you get a temperamental one that you've rescued that will bit your hand of, quite literally, my friend's macaw broke her wrist (yikes, big bone!) If you are financially unstable then a bird of any kind is not for you, my Eclectus parrot cost me $1500 and he's getting more expensive by the minute! Their food, toys and cages cost a fortune! Aswell as things like playqyms and things like that to keep them busy. Wood needs to be supplied for chewing, especially for a macaw. A sturdy macaw cage will cost you $1000+ They break welds like there's no tomorrow. They can live for 50+ which means 50+ years of expenses and vet care. They are wonderful birds, if you can handle them well. But if you don't have the money don't even think of one. A cheap bird will probably have behavioural problems and a cheap cage will be DESTROYED WITHIN 24 HOURS! I don't want to see a macaw end up in a place where it can't be looked after. Sorry. If you're willing to pay about $5000 for the original cost of the bird, a macaw cage, and lots of interesting toys then go ahead! If oyu aren't, get a budgie.

I keep thinking I have a disease?

I hate to put another idea in your head but there is actually something called hypochondria. That is basically when someone has a strong fear that they are sick with some kind of illness and make up all these symptoms in their head that don't actually exist. Depending on the duration of time that you have had this, this could be what is going on. What you need to remember is that this is not some kind of disease that needs treatment. You don't have a problem that needs any kind of medication. I would talk to your parents about the situation with you dad because it looks like it had a greater effect on you than you know. You were probably scared for him and because of that are now scared about yourself too that you would have to go through something serious too. I wouldn't tell you to never see a physician if you really think you have something but make sure you are talking to your parents and let them know everything going on with you. Remember that these kinds of diseases like leukemia can only be diagnosed through a blood test as their are no physical symptoms for it. What I would say is try not to think about being sick too much. Take your mind off of your health and you should be fine.

I woke up in the middle of the night Monday/Tuesday this past week with an excruciating pain in my ear. It was very sharp and my whole ear felt plugged up. I decided to go see a Doctor, since I had never felt pain like this before. He gave me antibiotics for 10 days worth. I started them on Tuesday and today would be my 6th day. Can I ask for a new cheque?

Is my recruiter screwing me over?

I joined the navy back in early July 2009. I was going to be a corpsman but at MEPS they said I couldn't because I had two MIP's. So instead, I had to pick from a certain list of rates that were in my "score level" (btw I got a 78 on my ASVAB) Because i really wanted to be corpsman and wanted to leave the MEPS station I chose aerographer's mate thinking I could change that rate later on before I shipped out. Well now it is January 2010, and still every time I talk to my recruiters they say they are trying to call around to see if any seabee rates are open (that is the rate i want) only to be told nothing. I am just wondering if they are trying to stick me with this rate because that is what the navy needs right now, and because I have I have a higher asvab score than what is need to become a seabee. Do you think they are just playing this off like they are actually trying to get me into the job i want, but in reality not? If you believe they are, should i go talk to some different recruiters? I ship out this July. Your help would be deeply appreciated.
