Slipped discs,13 of them and arthritis in spine,c1-7+t3-8,?

Help!I have tried conventional pain relief,alternative therapies,vitamins,diet etc.Has anyone got any other ideas ,how to slow the degenerative process down,ease the pain?cervical and thoratic region of spine.
