Russell Westbrook for Wesley Matthews and Marcin Gortat/or/ Dejaun Blair?

I need more Reb, 3s, points and better shotting and free throw percentages. I have no need for ists. Is this trade worth it and which one would be a better choice of Gortat or Blair... to come over with Matthews?
