Do you know anyone with empathy power?

I had a crush that i am trying to forget, because i think he likes someone else and hes just too good for me. Sometimes, when i am walking on the street, i suddenly feel pain and my heart ache so much, then I look around and I see him there(which i dont normally feel when hes not around or when i dont see him). It has happened several times. It's like i can sense his presence and this strong indescribable emotion that he is emitting. Can you develop this power when you like someone a lot?
