Can you temporaraly pierce something? like peirce a lip and then let it heal after?

Anyway to answer your question, yes you can pierce something and have it leave no mark or scar as long as it is removed one week after piercing, any longer and it will be noticeable. I had my lip pierced and removed it 2 days later , when I was 16. There is no sign of it having been there. So I say do it. But forget the snakebite, that sounds dangerous and nuts
