Woke up and tongue looks wierd?

okay so i woke up this morning and stuck my tongue out in the mirror to see if it was yellow or watever like before yhu brush and stuff and it was shaped really wierd,like the edges were shaped maybe like a flower i guess i would say,and i had a bump on my lip yesterday,but iit went away,anyone noe what mite be rond or if its serious
