Who do you think is the most underrated actor or actress?

There are far too many to mention! I see brilliant actors on stage and in TV and film all the time, and the usual big names get all the credit simply because they're famous. Often the really brilliant performances are given by the minor characters - one can only hope that one day they'll be appreciated more widely.
