Should I let myself fall for this older guy?

I'm a 20 year old African American female college student and one day while I was studying in the library, an older white male started to flirt with me. Although he was someone whom I never spoke to before, we had seen each other occasionally in different locations on campus. He eventually walked me to my apartment that night and we exchanged names. Several days later, we ran into each other in the library and when he walked me home again, we exchanged numbers. From then on, we have been texting/calling each other at least once a day. He asks me how my days are and sends me little endearing messages. He eventually asked me on a date to see the christmas tree in Rockafeller Center, go ice skating, and dinner followed by wine. He was touching/rubbing my arms, back, and hair. It's very clear that he likes me and I'm slowly starting to develop feelings for this guy, but I'm unsure of his true intentions becuase he is 41 years old. What should I do? HELP!!!!
