Question about hoarders?

i know someone who is a hoarder and i wanted to do something to help them, she has 3 kids so i was worried she was going to get her kids taken away, annd i was going to sign her up for that hoarders show but like i said im worried theyll take her kids away and i wanted to do it anonymously
