Anytime someone forges your signature they have no case. That can be proven. If you need a lawyer there is legal aid, the bar ociation in your state or handle on the law web site. I am not sure I am spelling Handle right but google it and it will come up. He gives marginal legal advise with a referral page as well, He has a weekly radio show. Unless they sue you, probably best to not worry with it all.
