My chow chow recently sick seriously...any idea why?

What are the electrolytes, glucose, creatinine? Was a blood cell count done? UA? X-rays (chest and abdomen)? I cannot comment on the bloodwork here as I don't have the normals. Need more information before I can even guess. You're better off having more diagnostics done to find your answer.
