Do you ever see those swirly, sparkly things when you're looking at the air?

Oh my god, it was so funny. I never thought people could actually see stars, but a few days ago I tried doing a handstand and when I stood up again I actually saw stars swirling around. They were shaped like the real stars though, all round and shiny, not like the cartoon ones that have five points.
